Don’t waste clothes, don’t buy for the sake of buying, use what you have in the wardrobe, you could put something from your own wardrobe with a Lola Starr dress, pair it with a shirt, t-shirt, jumper, layer it up, even put the jumper over the top. We believe in keeping garments beautiful for longer. Reuse, reuse, reuse. Love your clothes. ⭐ Sustainability and Longevity.

On the weekend we had a play round with a couple of Lola’s own pieces from her wardrobe and thought her white shirt looked fantastic underneath the denim dress.

Taking photographs and posing for the camera which Lola loves to do, she often comes up with her own ways to stand & sit on the photoshoots, we took these in our own home on a Sunday afternoon picking out a couple of tops that we both thought would look nice underneath the denim dress. I Love the shirt under the dress, a stylish look for a 6-year-old. #chic

Metallic is this seasons look, coming into the party season this transforms the ‘denim dress’ completely, great for the school discos! It’s a distressed metallic, lovely and soft and is very WOW. Lola enjoyed dancing round in this look and moving her arms around as the flouncy sleeves moved around and fell in different ways. This look can be easily achieved by adding a pair of extra sleeves from our range.

Here you can see the white shirt and it really did make the metallic flouncy sleeves stand out even more. With the press studs your little stars can easily change their look. Beautiful picture Lola. Beyourownstarr. #differentlook #mixitup

We put Lola’s own pink jumper under the dress which is nice and warm and teamed it with some tights, put some boots with it and here’s another look still using the same dress. This looked beautiful and warm too and fit nicely under the dress as there is plenty of room around and under the arm area.

The options and looks are endless using pieces from your own children’s wardrobe and mixing it with Lola Starr’s pieces rather than going out and buying more outfits, spending more money, work with what you’ve already got, customize, get creative & and let your little Starr’s shine and use their imagination and own wardrobe.
