We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

Cancellations

We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us info@lolastarr.co.uk

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

Returns

Returns Policy
Customised or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty or your instructions have not been followed. Once your order is placed and payment has been made, you will be sent an order conformation email of your pantone choices for you to agree with, before your order is processed.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition, unworn and with labels intact. You will be responsible for the returns postage. Please contact us before returning your item at returns@lolastarr.co.uk

  1. You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt) and insuring the item.
  2. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.
  3. Please allow up to 10 working days for your money to be refunded to show up on your credit card statement or PayPal account.

We are happy to exchange an item for different size/ style etc (if in stock) upon request for non-sale items. This excludes cusomised items. You will not be charged postage for any exchanged item(s).

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
